Wow, it's been awhile...
Well Hi all, let's start out by saying summer is upon us and things have been non-stop busy.
I'll chalk part of my hiatus from the site up to the fact that my domain was wrapped up in litigation for quite some time and has finally been released / returned to me. All the while I have a new site in the works with the help of my buddy Michael Eades curator of amazing sites such as Yewknee.com and MoustacheMay.com. As one of my buddies said "he's like the Michael Jordan of web designers". I'll have to say MJ never had a moustache as impressive as Mr. Eades.
I've got a slew of new work including several posters for names like Flogging Molly, Cold War Kids, The Hold Steady, Of Montreal, Sebadoh, MIKA and a bevvy of others. It has just sort of piled up faster than I could scan / shoot the prints. Also several CD packages for various folks. Some shirts and other assorted merchandise for some cool dudes. Oh, and wedding invites for my friends Nate & Ashley back in Memphis, which I'm really happy with, the invites that is, well, and them too, I'm happy with them as well i suppose. Also some cool projects in the works I can't wait to share with you guys in the hopefully near future.
I'm headed off to Bonnaroo 2007 for the second year in a row to show / sell my prints and other fun stuff I've created. 4 days of sun, dirt & amazing live music ( can you say The National & The Hold Steady in the same weekend???!!). As long as the weather is kind it oughtta be a swell time for all. If you're in attendance come find the API tent and check out some amazing work from my friends Screwball Press and Crosshair outta Chicago, Furturtle in Utah and Powerhouse Factories from Covington, KY and me, BOSS CONSTRUCTION. lets get drrrty y'all.
Also, the lovely Janet Timmons of the WRVU show and music blog fame OutTheOther.com has asked me to be a guest DJ some time in July. This is some of the most exciting news I have had in quite a while. It's always been a dream of mine to do a lil' radio thing and I hope to actually see that goal achieved. So exciting. I'll keep you guys posted as I know when it's goin' down.
Another goal attained recently was to have some work in one of the first art galleries I ever visited as astudent at The University of Memphis. Marshall Arts / Delta Axis folks are hosting "Agents of Timbre" a collection of around 20 artists, mostly creators of gigposters for music events, from around the country doing limited edition prints of whatever they want to. it should be amazing. I will be in attendance for the opening on the 29th of June so come out and share the experience with me. I will be a happy, happy (possibly, slightly intoxicated) dude.

Thanks again to all the awesome, kind folks who have kept up with me and supported the work even with the gross neglect my site has gone thru. I'll be a awesome and glorious return once the new site is in effect.
forever in your hearts,
Andy
